alcuni di voi mi scrivono chiedendo consigli su abbinamenti per eventi e cerimonie, altri su dove trovare accessori e capi di abbigliamento, ma quasi sempre noto che c’è molta confusione sul significato di alcuni termini usati in sartoria.

Oltre 1.200 presenze di espositori stanno caratterizzando l’ottantanovesima edizione del Pitti Immagine Uomo, richiamando come ogni anno addetti ai lavori e semplici curiosi. anche quest’anno il calendario dice che è ora di spegnere tutto e dedicarci alla parte più spirituale dell’anno.
E’ difficile, lo so, di questi tempi riuscire a trovare ancora lo spirito del Natale, presi da mille impegni e degli ultimi regali da fare, ma vorrei ricordare in primis a me stesso, che i regali che facciamo, le cene con i parenti, gli auguri che ci scambiamo sono tutti volti a festeggiare una ricorrenza religiosa…
Auguro quindi a tutti di trascorrere un bel Natale in famiglia, dimenticando per un attimo i problemi e cercando magari di vedere con gli occhi di figli e nipoti la vera magia che ancora loro riescono a scorgere dietro tutte queste luci scintillanti!

whether known as a roll neck (UK), turtle neck (US) or skivvy (Australia), fashion’s latest hero piece has finally shaken off its Geography teacher connotations to become a sophisticated modern must-own.
